What type of amenities do you provide?

We offer all the tech-enabled amenities in our vacation and short-term rentals. Our fully-furnished and luxurious rentals have keyless entry, HVAC systems, smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi. We also offer popular amenities like a well-stocked and equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, pools, coffee bars, BBQs, fireplaces, and free parking in our rental.

Do you clean our rentals regularly?

We clean our rental before our guests’ arrival and after their departure. Our team is always ready, even if you wish to schedule a mid-clean. For more information, call our management team at

What happens if something is damaged during a guest's stay?

It depends on how the guest booked their reservation. We assess the property and inspect it between two guests. We also ensure that we notice property damage during the guests’ stay. Once we see the damages, we will conduct a complete assessment at the earliest. It includes estimating the costs of any repairs or replacement of damaged items. Based on the total cost of damage, we make a claim to deduct the amount from the deposit.

If the damage exceeds the security deposit, we file a claim by collecting the cost directly from the guest. If the guest refuses to pay upon request, we file an insurance claim based on the booking services policy. VRBO, AirBNB and Rental Management One all carry insurance to cover damages beyond normal wear and tear.

What is included in my monthly management fees?

We take 20% of the monthly earnings, so along with you, we also benefit from helping you have higher occupancy. Your monthly management fees include the following; cleaning between every guest, paying for damaged items up to $1000 during each guest stay, scheduling maintenance, bookings, guest services 24/7, processing of payments, monthly ACH payments, Dynamic pricing software, advertising on our website, Airbnb and VRBO, remit monthly sales and tourist taxes on your behalf, monthly and year-end statement, plus 1099 issuance.
